In January 2010 I weighed 190 pounds! Working at the gym consistently wasn't giving me results. I was looking for something else to work my core, (and) I ran across Sebastien's Lagree Fitness videos which encouraged me to join! I've lost 40 lbs with Pilates and diet in eight months. I have a lot more work to reach my goals. Thank you Sebastien for all the equipment upgrades and for the most amazing trainers. Sebastien's Pilates Plus West Hollywood has changed my life!
